  • Totally off topic but...

    I need to help my mom sell an electric wheel chair that is no longer needed. It's brand new and was approx $3000 when purchased.

    I would love to suggest to her to donate it but I know under the circumstances she really could use the extra money and would like me to sell it.

    I thought of Craigslist or eBay but neither seem to be the right place to post this.

    anyone have any ideas where I could sell it?

    What about the store she bought it from? Do they buy back, or sell used chairs? Or can they tell you of a place to sell?

    A wheel chair store just opened in my neighborhood, so I'd think there would be a market for them.

      You could also take out an ad in your local paper.

            good ideas, i tried calling a few medical supply places but they all only accept donations...i really wish i could just go drop it off but it's like throwing money out the window.

            morea, that's a great idea...maybe i'll whip up some flyers this evening.
