    My favorite line from the generic promo video...

    You need a few posts under your belt before the forum software will allow you to send private messages. Generally we don't like delete posts if they will disrupt the continuity of a thread.

    And don't forget the music: a catchy little tune with three notes in the entire song, sounds like it was written by an optimistic hipster.

          • Bummer RKK. Hope your belly is feeling better.

            What do you eat when you are feeling under the weather?

              • I had New Zealand's most beloved lunch: a mince and cheese pie. Savoury beef mince with gravy and a creamy cheese sauce. It was nom.

                  • I can post photos of my food!

                    Meat pies aren't really known for looking beautiful. They can be pretty, but not always. Sometimes they sag if they've been sitting so long out of they oven, and they start to look like they've been dropped from a height. They're also kind of plain looking due to lack of pretty colours and dainty shapes.

                    Here's are some little steak and guinness pies I made for St Paddy's day.

                          No kidney. I don't think I've ever used offal in my cooking. Weird huh?

                          • Braunschweiger, a kind of liverwurst, is about as far as I go in the "variety meats" department. :-}

                            • I've sliced and fried up pre-made black pudding. I think maybe that's as far as I've gone with cooking "variety meats"...I think.

                              I'll eat just about anything though.
