Last week I mentioned that I was re-doing my office here at home. I believe my exact words were 'Everything should be back to normal next week.' What a dumb ass I am. Here's the story (before and after pics will be posted when I'm done) Over the last two weeks I got the walls paneled, I like a nice 'Woody' look, and the trim and the ceiling painted. I discovered that under my nasty, worn out, old carpet there are nasty, worn out, old hardwood floors. Unlike the carpet though they can be restored, rejuvinated and refinished! So tomorrow I'm going to rent a big ass sander and go to work on it. After I get it sanded I have to clean the crap out of it and then apply stain & finish. It has to dry for a week according to the little video I watched at HGTV.com. Then comes the fun part; furnishing and decorating. [img]/emoticons/cool.gif[/img]
