I work in a design firm that houses pc's only. We're looking to upgrade our os from 98 to either 2000 or xp. Does anyone out there have any feedback on what would be a better fit for our print workflow?

NEW IMAC G5! It's the only logical choice man. $1299.00 comes with a 17' monitor and a 1.6Ghz G5 processor. Once power cord, no extra cables (nothing) and only weighs 17lbs. Does anybody understand me?!!!

I worked for a printing company that predominantly used pcs. (It's ok, benjo... they had ONE mac)
They used Windows XP and didn't seem to have any trouble with it.
Oh, and welcome to the GDF!

Okay let me get back to normal here. XP is stable but go with XP pro. In an office enviroment you shouldn't consider regualr XP.

XP Pro for sure. Never had a problem with it myself and it has some added useful features over 2000.Comment

Definately XP. 2000 is good, but XP is better.
