    SO everyone has their clique to go to lunch today. Well today I broke the rules, I went to lunch, out for lunch, with two people, not inviting or asking or informing the others in my clique...they act like children sometimes. There has been no questions or looks thus far, is this a Cardnal Sin to do in the office, or does it truly not matter. My master plan is to get out of the CLIQUE and be able to go with and talk to whomever I want without the bullcrap of having to deal with the same people all the time

      I HATE office politics... but it happens anywhere. I make sure I don't join any cliques as it always causes problems.

        I've offended pretty much everyone at work at one time or another. Now that they realize that I'm a perfect bastid, they don't care anymore when I'm rude.

          heh. well. at my last job. I had my clique. I loved my clique and i miss my clique. i need to go call them...

            your right joe, I make sure to say talk with a few people in the other Clique all the time, sometimes I wish I could jump ship or redraw the cliques, I think I'm gonna break out of the cliques and start doing whatever.

              I'm not really in any cliques at work...I yak with everyone and eat lunch with everyone depending on what day it is and how much work needs to get done to meet deadline. Cliques suck..
