Hi Drorian,
If he refuses to pay willingly do you think he is even going to show up for a civil matter? More than likely he will not show and we get a default judgement, sorry but i want what is owed to our company. We have only had like 3 clients that refused to pay, all of them ended up paying. And if Jerry doesn't call me by Friday then next monday morning i go before a state court judge and ask that a warrant be issued for theft of services, which with the amount involved may be a felony. I think Jerry will want to get this all cleared up without it having to go that far, but i am ready to go that far if need be. I am going to get what is owed, bet that on that

Thanks Dfrag. I don't know about rocking, but i sure know how to piss people off (LOL). I told my wife if she gets a call about me being shot, to point fingers at Jerry Farmer. Of course i keep a handgun in the house and car and am very good with it, so it my be that they call her telling her I shot Jerry for trying to shoot me (LOL).

I've been carrying a handgun since i was 18 years old, and have a license to carry a concealed weapon, for reasons i cannot divuldge here.
