I fail to see why people always eat 'breakfast' foods when in reality, your body doesn't care what type of food it gets as long as it's nutritious.

Have left overs or something, especially in the winter time it's nice to have something you can heat up.

I rarely eat the categorized 'breakfast' foods...too little selection.

I can't eat breakfast in the morning right when I get up. Makes me sick, have to wait at least an hour and by then I'm off to work.

on weekends i usually eat whatever lol we dont really have left overs is the prob.. heh.

weird! im the same way with soda.. when i get up real early but on weekends i can drink it rite away.. weekdays makes me feel crappy

yeah, I'll be in tyhe crapper in about 5 minutes if I eat with in an hour or so. HUGE cramps, very painful.

btw, i had a friend who couldn't drink milk without getting sick either. he really liked cereal, so he'd put water in it

We eat our eggs in a flour taco with left over papa's and cheese or left over meat heated up with a slice a cheeze on a flour tortillia. Don't forget the hot sauce.

lol i cant imagine eatin cereal with water..

i used to grab a handful of cereal and drink the milk as i ate it.. but i now get sick eatin certain greasy stuff and milk.. but i can eat cheese (thank god)!!

i prolly wouldnt like cereal w/o milk. i was thinkin of tryin the lactose milk or whatever but i dont wanna be sick for a half a week again.. crap hurtzzzzz!

I'm with Joe...i can't eat until after 10am or I'll get sick.....but... what I have started to do now that i am in school again is on sunday, I makde muffins to take with my in the morning....and i have a small bottle of vanilla soy milk..huh...thats what i forgot this morning....anyway...good luck....

I love making up a huge batch of rice with pineapple (kinda Caribbean), and use that on a flour tortilla with pepper jack cheese. That's when I bother to eat breakfast. The crummy thing about breakfast is that, with me, it sets my metabolism pumping and I need to have lunch before noon. If I skip breakfast, I can go 'til 3PM easily before needing a lunch break.

BTW, have you tried lowering the fat content of your milk? I switched from 2% to 1% to 1/2% as I got older, but I can still take 2% if it's all that's in the fridge (kids' milk). My wife was lactose-intolerant until she had our first kid, then for some odd reason she was able to go from skim to 1/2% without adverse side effects...
