Alright, I know we are all in this crazy high-stress industry.
As many of you know I've been battling some health issues related directly to anxiety and stress for the last year and a half.
So here's my question... and maybe we can share some tips.
What do you do when you are stressed out?
Is there anything you do to try and not panic and just get the work done?
If you know it's going to be a very long day do you treat it differently?
