The Dadaist approach would go one step further. Maybe tearing them up or putting an 'accidental' coffee stain on them.

Check this out! I have Dictionary.com as a favorite, usually have it open when writing emails or just posting on forums. I noticed a new feature today, that I just invested (wasted?) too much time on.

My word score says I know 45K+ words. It has word challenges and a few games to expand your vocabulary. My kind of fun! (Do I lead a boring life, or what??)

A diverting endeavor, establishing a smattering of vocabulary of which I had hertofore not been cognizant. I forewent the opportunity to matriculate to the secondary round as the program sought to elicit personal information, which induced in me an attitude of recalcitrance.

I hated multiple choice in school and I still hate it today. I'd rather write the response than choose from poorly worded, trick answers.
