I'm interested in people's fitness... what do the "sit on your butt" all day long graphic designers do for fitness out there? (if anything).
How do you make it fit into your life and do you love to be active or hate it?
I ask b/c I'm trying to have implement a good fitness strategy into my life. I now work for a sporty mag and have had the opportunity to get free passes and clothes and stuff. but that doesn't give me the motivation to do it, just the lack of excuse that I can't afford to go to the gym.
So I'm having a hard time getting into a regime of it. Really sticking to it and really committing to it. So I wonder... any other fitness people out there, struggling or not?
