  • Feeling lazy this holiday season?

    #1
Not wanting to put the effort into cooking a real Christmas dinner this year? Or are you Baching it? Then maybe, you need this:

    You can pre-order your meal....er...can...HERE

Or, maybe if you're on the other end of lazy, and really want to give people a meal they won't forget (and have access to some endangered birds), you should make a rôti sans pareil (roast without equal). It will put your neighbours Turducken to shame. Simply stated, it's a Bustard stuffed with a Turkey stuffed with a Goose stuffed with a Pheasant stuffed with a Chicken stuffed with a Duck stuffed with a Guinea Fowl stuffed with a Teal stuffed with a Woodcock stuffed with a Partridge stuffed with a Plover stuffed with a Lapwing stuffed with a Quail stuffed with a Thrush stuffed with a Lark stuffed with an Ortolan Bunting stuffed with a Garden Warbler stuffed with an olive. (interesting note, it was created by Grimod de La Reyniére in 1807, and probably hasn't been made since).

    Mmmm Mmmm Good!

That's a tasty looking brussel sprout LOL

Did anybody catch the Mythbusters last week where Alton Brown helped tham cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner by placing it in various hot spots in a huge Cadillac and then driving around for 4 or so hours.

yea, the sprout will definitely make people want to eat it...BLEH!!

Maybe showing something actually tasty would have been a better idea. After all, it contains a turkey casserole with winter veg, chipolatas, stuffing balls and cranberry jelly. Who wouldn't want to have a self heated canned dinner consisting of that? lol

I haven't seen mythbusters in years....that sounds like it would have been a very useful episode for those that have to drive somewhere, and supply the food (or portion thereof). It's not often that show offers practical advice...but every now and then....

Is 'stuffing' a verb or a noun in that sentence?

That's so gross! I may never eat chicken again. What the crap is that goo all over it?!

I love brussel sprouts, too, Kittie! I started feeding them to my kids before they found out most people don't like them - I think it helped them develop a taste for them! Roasted is the best!

That chicken is disgusting and looks nothing like the packaging.
