I talked with the boss, and the work is donating the new duplicator to produce the calendars for short runs.
What this means to us, is that I can print the calendars on demand and at cost. And this will enable us to launch the calendar project without raising a ton of money for printing.
Test run looks great! Printed on 150gsm 2-sided glossy. We usually use this for brochure and flyers, and turned out great for the calendars.
I'll be donating my time after hours and weekends to process the printing/cut/shipping end of things.
Calendar cases are ordered. 200 of them should be here in 7-10 days.
