We don't even consider applications that don't list a degree where I work, though even people with degrees can have terrible portfolios. Out of probably 30 applicants from our most recent opening, maybe...

Honestly, if you are unsure, it's better to under design. People who are new to design have this tendency to put everything they can think of into a design. Design is just as much about culling and restraint....

We have a $250,000 digital printer and the backups can be up to 2mm out. That is within specifications.

So the answer is no. It's near impossible to get a printer that is bang on. Which is...

Looks like it's not a free font. But $25 for four fonts in a typeface is really reasonable.

  • Cause4Design: The Tally

Not going to give out any personal info, but I thought you would like to know how many calendars we've sold.

    AS of:
    11/12/07 Total Orders 7; Calendars 49
    11/17/07 Total Orders 10; Calendars 53

(the first order was not counted so for those looking, it's off by one number)

    Thanks, that is cool

I think it is only a few days for the US but it took 10 days to get to New Zealand.

Honestly I got behind on making the calendars. Everyone who's bought up to this point is now sitting in the back of my car ready for me to take to the post office. Including the one that was returned from Norway.

There's still a glitch in the ordering system right now that I'm trying to fix. So be patient please.

Jade, you are doing a great job ok? Just in case you didn't already know.

Another $150 has been sent to Ana.

And for those courious it's about a 60% to Ana and 40% to cost, so it adds up really quickly.
