    Hi seamas,

A pole vaulter would be great! This faceless figure has gotta go...

    Great feedback, thank...

    Hey Hotbutton,

    Good points.
I actually posted this because of the conflict between the bridge and faceless figure.
I really couldn't get them to connect.
    Having a real runner...

    Thanks for your input.
    I clearly needed it.

I wasn't exactly aiming for a grundge effect, but I added a pattern to the background and that was the result....

I'd probably build the diamond shapes in Illustrator.
I'd probably place the photo into Illustrator and do all the work there depending on what I am aiming for.

    Not exactly sure what...

    In old-style apothecary measurements, ʒ = dram (or drachm), ℈ = scruple, and ♏ = minim. :-}

[edit] The only problem I can see with apothecary puns is I think I just made most, maybe all, of them.

*gesture of revealed wisdom* Everyone's an apothecary. *nodnod*

Then again, the whole system of measurements is archaic these days, which I suppose is just as well. Metric, yay!

            Metric? Boo! (B)

            Get thee to an apothecary.

Metric is for the robots. They should have made it base 16 at least. But humanity needs (and loves) the dozen, and all its dirty fractions. Feet forever! And inches, if you don't mind. (I mean, just ask any guy if he'd mind having a few more inches to play with)
