  • What? No late night folk 'round here?

Just browsing around-new here. Seems quiet.

My job is actually an overnight shift, which got me wondering-
Does anyone out there prefer to work at night? Day? Whenever they can get around to it?

    Just asking.

its 11:25pm here (Arizona time) and I usually check in a few times during the nite, not many west costers around here that come on regularly

We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groups of men.’ - Woodrow Wilson

I've done both day shift and '2nd' shift (12-9pm). While I personally prefer to have my evenings free, I also enjoyed working in the office once everybody else had gone home.

I suppose if you knew the people I was working with at the time you would understand why...

Actually,I don't really have the luxury of being alone completely-which I prefer.

Our network runs 24/7, so there's always a staff around to <STRIKE>keep me awake

I can't decide if it's just that I'm anti-social or if I can only stand competent people.

I suppose the true test would be in surrounding myself with competent people and seeing how I do, but there just aren't enough of them in this area.
