I could do it easily with the Nest function on my CNC software, but you would still have to stipulate the sizes. There might be a plugin available for Illustrator to do this.
That said, though, The nest function is pretty stupid. It doesn't have any artistic talent at all as far as choosing a layout that would look good. It only maximizes material yield.

I'm willing to bet, for a stock image, someone did the placing consciously and with effort.

Illustrator would be what I'd try to use.

Yes, Illustrator, common sense, artistic eye, and time.

If you meant a tool that would automate the process; I've never seen one, and can't imagine how it would work, or deliver a satisfactory result.
I'd rather be killed than come to your party, but if you don't invite me, I'll kill myself.

is what I got, with a neat icon.
Maybe Ooltek, but the V never registered. Too different from the rest of the logo font I'm guessing.

As per my opinion don't change brand name. Because through brand people know you. Brand name makes you popular and brings new customers for your business.

well, 933px width on the footer looks off. My QA guys would give me hell about 'outline:0'. And there's some weird crap happening with error messaging in the map.
