Where do you gather the inspiration for creating logos? I've got one to do and the company's name is Ace Blah Blah Suchandsuch. Even tho it's got nothing to do with casinos or gaming, all I can envision in my head is an ace of spades. This is actually a newly purchased company and will be a sister company to the original, which I did the logo for as well. The logo for that one is a sort of old world looking globe and the name of the company, so I thought maybe go that route, so I tried working in an old world compass design. I had a couple ok ones but it just seemed weird for the name "ace" and I just can't seem to get any more ideas flowing. Where do you go for inspiration?
