    I work for a major healthcare company and we are building a logo for our learning department. Our target audience is the employee and our mission statement will be something along the lines of furthering our service through learning (wording has not been chosen).

    I have designed several ideas but have not gotten great feedback as of yet on what works best.

    We are needing some ideas for our icon. So far I have about 20 ranging from books, grad caps, pens, pencils, ribbon, quill, compass and some others. I have another pitch in the next couple of days and feel I need some more ideas.

    Thanks in advance if you have any concepts / ideas.

      No one here is going to hand you their concepts or ideas. You'll need to come up with them on your own.

      Feel free to post some of the concepts you've come up with in the Crit Pit (even if they're just quick sketches). That way members can give you feedback on what works and what doesn't.

        ah I see - i didnt mean actual concepts maybe just ideas to bounce around.

          Everything you've posted so far is very generic. What is it that makes this division unique in the world of learning divisions? Why should employees care?

            Doesn't matter. Coming up with ideas is your job as the designer.
