    Hello,

    I edited this picture a while ago, and would like to tone down the specks/noise a bit, but cant figure it out using reduce noise/despeckle.

    Here is my original



    and here is how i want the sky section to look (yes this is shown at lower quality)

    What have you tried? If despeckle doesn't work, then the heal or clone tools may be more exact.

      or just cut out the building and replace the sky.

        This is what I'd do.

        And save the layered PSD file in case you need to do it again...

            It's real easy to use and doesn't change your files in any way.
