    Hi All,

I am new to this forum, and very happy to be here Really hoping to gain some insights from all of you

I realized today that probably in October/November I should have started sending email reminders to my clients for their calendars etc to get ready for the new year.. Too late now..

So I'm trying to wrack my brain to think of something else I can use to kick start the new year.

    Any ideas?

    Welcome CreativeSami!!

We ask all new members to please have a read through these important threads with our rules and FAQs so you'll know a bit about how the forum runs.

This group is historically weary of coming up with ideas for others for free. You're more likely to get feedback on what ideas you have already come up with and how you plan on implementing them. So, aside from the calendar, what are your ideas?

      Liquor.

Preferably 90- to 100-proof vodka. Orange juice and grenadine syrup are nice, but not essential.

Wait a minute. I'm thinking tequila with the grenadine. Scratch the vodka unless all you've got is orange juice. Either way, you can't go wrong with liquoring up your clients.

for Christmas you need to start thinking in September and implement in October/November. Anything that involves US Mail, printers, or promotional items need a long lead time at that time of year. Everyone else is doing the same thing and orders may take longer than you think.

Missed your due date. Just about anything you do now will accentuate that fact. Something you don't want your clients to dwell on, I'd imagine.

Most calendar vendors are pushing them in July.

I imagine there's all sorts of fan art out there in this style for inspiration. You already have the banner templates, so just find an interesting way of using them. It doesn't have to be overly complicated...

Good points, although I'm unsure how to correct this without starting it all over from scratch and scrapping the whole idea. I'll have to think about it.

Yes, I got the general idea from my copy of Gulliver's Travels.

I had hoped that I could convey the seasons with the colors and leaves, with the greens representing Summer and Spring and...

I can't see the image because of the new upgrade. Do they like it?

Unfortunately I don't have access to any other programs, gah. Question about crop marks...are they necessary? This may sound like a silly question, but for the invitations, the design itself is very simple...
