I'm designing a banner, 2000mm x 800 mm. I have an image that needs to be 330mm x 220mm but the image is only 247dpi at this size. Do you think I'll get away with it?
Best to check with your print provider. They can provide a sample of a portion of the banner at the size, then you'd need to view it yourself at a reasonable distance that you would expect people to view it from.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it seems like the OP is saying that the image needs to be 330mm x 220mm, and is 247ppi at that size. If so that's more than enough.
Moo's cards are printed on HP indigos. Definitely a step up from "common" copier-based digital printing, and on the upper tier of digital printing, but if you could go for traditional offset...
