    Hello everybody,
I'm trying to print a vector spot color design, to iron it on yellow t-shirts, I'm using iron-on papers, but the solid blue letters turns green. So what color can I use, it should turn blue on a yellow t-shirt?
    thanks,

In my opinion, with the way you are doing it, you may be screwed. I am thinking, based on textile screen printing experience, you may have to put down an underbase of white so that the color wont turn green on the shirt. Of course with screen printing you wouldn't have to because the ink is thicker.

Of course we are assuming that the colors are interfering with each other to create green. It too could be that your heat on the iron is too hot. I know that if you heat certain pigments of blue up too much it will turn green.

Thomas is right the only way that is going to work is with a white printed under the color.

Thanks a million, it worked great, with the white underbase!
