Spiral or Wire-O Binding Machine

Hi All,
I'm looking for a spiral and/or wire-o binding machine. The needs of the device are going to be for small documents like proposals, project analyses, technical manuals, etc.

I have no familiarity with brands/models and really wondered if any of you know of a good one that's not too costly? I did a search online and there are thousands to choose from, so ANY direction would be helpful.
