  • Custom Bookbinding/Padfolio/Slipcase recommendations?

Does anyone recomnend a good custom bookbinding/padfolio/slip cover vendor that isn't like a promo products type place or an old book restoration bindery? Looking to create some fabric covered items with foil stamping in custom sizes having a toughtime finding a vendor. East coast would be preferable but open to anywhere at the moment. Thanks.

Alas, this is another trade that is falling through the cracks.
The small-shop guy I used for years shut down/retired 4 years ago and I haven't found a replacement.
He used to do a lot of leather or fabric chicago-screw-bound folio books for me.
    So sad.

These guys are still around, but you'll need a wheelbarrow of cash though...

Sketching not only helps you work out good ideas, it helps you get past the bad ones.

        Thanks for that Pan.
If the opportunity arises, I'll check em out.
I don't ever expect custom anything to be anything less than a boatload of money. Usually these things are just one very small part of a 6- or 7-figure gig, so in the grand scheme of things, cost is relative.
