1) Invert it in photoshop.
2) Find a photocopier, press the "invert button."
In school when I screened shirts, I always used the photocopier method, and copied onto a transparency to shoot the screen w/ photo emulsion. Copier toner makes for pretty good negs for shooting screens, not so much with the toner on a laserjet.
Using photoshops a good way though, cause you can mess with the levels until you get the image just right for printing. Take note that you can only screen solids; if you want halftones, I wouldn't go any smaller than maybe 50 lpi.

You need to speak to your silk screener to get the right line screen and angle if you are using halftones for an image. Otherwise you will get moirés in your print.
You are going to be aghast at the courseness of the line screen you may have to use.
You aren't trying to do this full color????

Are you attempting to do the silk screening yourself?
You don't post a picture of the image you want to silk screen. You are only going to do this one color, right? Or are you trying for a 4-color image in silkscreen? (unless you have a huge, high-volume run, give up on the 4-color halftone and find a vendor with a direct to shirt printer.)
Line screen. Angle. Mesh. If you don't get the right size dots at the correct angle some portion of the linescreen dots will fall through the mesh and you will get wavy river patterns in your print, which are called moirés. Your vendor would be able to tell you what settings to use when creating the halftone.

The best advice is the advice that's already been given: talk to the person who will be silkscreening it. They will be able to tell you what they need for you to do.
