  • Approval form?

    Anybody have an approval form for printed jobs. You know once you send out the proof you want them to sign over all the correct info and that way you avoid errors.

        Uncs is good, basically the same as mine except I got rid of the "OK with changes noted" That one will come back and bite you sometimes.
