      This one doesn't even have the usual, 'not my problem' clause...

      You can use em as described in the agreement, but you run all the risks of model release, 'other' copyright infringement, privacy and trademark.

      If you are doing a pro piece, especially published pieces, the cost of images should be included in the price offered to the client.

      I'm thinking of starting a movement among printers that if you don't have a signed release, we don't print it. Right now printers only have em to cover their own tookis and not all of them do it...

        I often wondered why printers I have known or worked for never tried to push for something like that. Imean sounded like a rather obvious thing to do to me.
        How about a chain pickerel in your bath tub?

            I'd pick the second one since the typography is a bit more distinctive and logo-like. However, I'd add a tail to the two d's -- ones like the a's have.
