The only two books on my desk are:

The first is to show new designers what I mean when discussing print processes and the second is for when I need to do math. Sometimes it is important to know the weight of a sheet of glass BEFORE putting it on the press...

      Pocket Pal?

I had no idea that little book was still published. I actually remember it from the late 1970s when it answered some of the novice questions I had at the time. I'm assuming the publisher has updated the sections on cutting rubylith, making veloxes and using ruling pens.

Love Pocket Pal. They keep updating it. There are a lot of terms there that some new designers don't know what they mean, it's still one of the best.

To expand a little on what B said. Those monograms were hand created. They weren't just a font, and there's no software that will automatically squeeze them into a shape like that....

Not sure where you got those sizes. I would try this always up to date google doc with various social media pixel sizes.
