Comment on Hey guys, I'm wondering which domain name sounds better.

You might try always spelling it out with mixed case, as in MichelleBethDean.com. Domain names aren't case sensitive, so it'll work with no problem. It'll also eliminate any confusion over what it says...

I created this logo for a company called Circa 3 and I'm having a hard time deciding which one works best and then applying color. I attached a greyscale photo of what I believe the hierarchy to be (dark...

First I think the concept is solid, it is clean and doesn't feel trendy. I won't talk about the fonts b/c I think that point has been made enough...witty post by @Buda about the tension, lol! My only...

  • A good place to go for GOOD FONTS!

OK so as most of us learn the hard way, you get what you pay for when you download a "Free Font". I'm currently in the boat where I want to collect clean and precise fonts that won't take out my wallet at the same time. Using the rule of thumb above (you get what you pay for) I was hoping there might be some good sites out there where you can buy fonts that are good w/o the painful price that comes with them.

I have found www.myfonts.com and I've been EXTREMELY impressed thus far. Yes on some of them you can be taken to the cleaners as far as the "family font" price but it's worth it if you'll use it I guess.

ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHERS?... BRING ON THE SITES!!!

I go to acidfonts.com for funky ones.

Sometimes I get lucky finding a free font or 2 at
www.dafont.com. They have plenty to buy for about
the same prices as myfonts.com, too.

There's so many jokes there, but sometimes it's best to let the obvious ones go.

If you sign up for this group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fontpacks/ you'll get zipped font packs containing many fonts. When I get the chance I preview them and choose the ones I like or think I'll use.
