thank you!

Some of my illustrations arre paintings, others are completely hand-made, others are a combination of mediums. I also like it better hand-made but I have a weakness for some digital collages pretending to be old paintings...

You have a nice style, ill give ya that....but its the only style i see in the whole site. I know pro illustrators that always tell me you need to expand and explor new things...so you dont get tagged as 'oh...well they can only do this' ...illustration is much harder than graphic design, so you might wanna think about showing more variation, thats the most important thing in a porfolio. I would also watch out about putting your phone number on the front page, email is usually the first contact through the net, phone numbers are for resumes that should be avalible upon request

i disagree! i know several very successful illustrators (and illustration reps) who got that way because of their one, recognisable, FANTASTIC style. exploring...yes, ALWAYS, but the 'jack of all trades' doesn't necessarily get the gigs...i think that's more of a graphic design trait.

and i've been stalked by people before who did not get my details from the internet. if there is information about you to be had, people will find it. if you're looking for work - put it out there!

welcome to the forum zartan. Bienvenue a gdf elisegravel!

i got my mojo workin' but it just don't work on you...

Your site is gorgeous! It's simple and easy to navigate and not as in love with itself as many sites are. Your style reminds me of neo-impressionism artists like T.L. and Marc Chagall (though not quite as fanciful as M.C.).

                          Great work!

Very nice to see. Some of the animals remind me of Gary Larsson a bit. But also different.

I've stalked a few women every now and again, and I must say it's under-rated.

                            (Just kidding).

Vintage is a very broad term. Vintage could = Victorian or it could mean1970's. I hope that you and your client narrowed nailed down the vintage era they are looking for.

Yum. I do love salmon sandwiches. The bakery near me do great smoked salmon bagels. It's not a bagel shop so they don't jack up the prices.
