creative is good but alot of people arent going to like the site.... because there is no usuability etc. I would atleast have a link to a normal site to show potential employers you can make sites for normal clients.

the whole site pushes my patiences because it take forever to load anything.... there are some nice touches on the site....but overal its madness and as a portfolio site its a bit much for me....if I were thinking of hiring you and looked at the site I would say well this guy is creative but can he tone it down and create more of a professional look.....

i don't think it's particularly insane, and i still like your work. my crits are the same, though (although the waiting time is better than before). almost 20 seconds before the preloader even appeared for the portfolio popup. then, the preloader was quite long. THEN, when i pressed any of the buttons, there was a good, 5 second 'pause' before anything happened. it's just sluggish.

perhaps you could clean up the movies/reduce file sizes. that's my only issue. there. said it twice.

I like it, but it has the same negative issues I see on about 80% of the portfolio sites nowadays. Can you guys PLEAAAASE, just make if fricken easy for people to see your work. Yes, you are obviously creative....you created a whole website, but if I can't find a piece of your artworke ex: Illustrations, Branding, Logos....etc in under 20 seconds then im outta their....never to return again.

I think the majority of the people need to realize this.

usually if you have an online portfolio you are looking for work.... I have a great job but I still look for something better.....

honestly dude your site isnt insane and all that creative.... its kinda annoying and boring.... the way I see it is anyone can build a site that makes no sense poorly compressed and slow...

Your approach is a bit arrogant so it’s confusing that you say you want to be excepted when you won’t accept an opinion. Life in itself is not that difficult you receive what you give.

I mean no offense in this statement, you seem like a sheltered individual. It seems like you don’t grasp certain things that are common in the American culture. Where are you from? What do you like? Why do you design? Do you work, if yes for who?

Dude, believe watever you want too, I think I pretty much have a grasp on whats hot and what's not in the industry right now, I was simply trying to help with my above statement, and you took it wrong. EVERYONE is doing crazy crap like this right now.....and i mean everyone, about 80% of the websites that showcase portfolios, have the 'grunge' look, the raspy free flowing designs ITS LIKE YOU ALL TOOK THE SAME FREAKING CLASSES.....no offense, but you will use those actual design techniques ooooooh about once in your lifetime, unless you land some dreamjob with some firm who is all about cutting edge design and giving you full freedom (which all of us in the industry know this never happens), but good luck getting in with said firm with such a negative attitude.

I was merely trying to help ya out, you wanna stand out, thats fine, do it in your actual work, but make it easy for employers to find your work, NO ONE who is a respectful company is going to go HUNTING for your work, they just arent man, life is to short, we all work alot, no one has time for this kind of stuff.
