              What about... publishing a picture of a public design for reviewing it or for others to get some inspiration. For example, can I take a picture of a free Brochure or a poster that I find in the street or billboard and post it on my site giving credit to the brand they are promoting?

                  You have to walk the fine line of Editorial Comment on that. Fair Use for editorial content can be claimed in some cases. Blogs are a very gray area. If you are posting it just for inspirational purposes, that isn't exactly editorial. A review on the other hand might be, but then your expertise in the matter or your purpose for doing so could come into question.
