  • Favorite sites, blogs, etc. for inspiration and keeping"up to date"?

Just curious what graphic design sites/blogs/etc. you guys like to look at on a regular basis for inspiration and to keep up to date on things. I have some of my own, but I am always looking for something more, and something new. Thanks!!

I have searched for layout and design sources before, but usually find myself copying the style instead of taking inspiration from it. My main source of inspiration and keeping in touch is this forum. I read what this community of professionals posts and is capable of and it makes me want to do my job better.

I also look at a lot of decorating blogs for color ideas and to help me step out of my comfortable little design bubble.

I actually don't have any at the moment, but if you'd care to mention some of your own, I'd be interested in taking a look at them.

I like good.is - especially their infographics. Mmmmm, infographics...

Slab Serifs can work for this but watch when you run the serifs together and the shapes they create. The negative space of these kinds of heavy fonts play a big part in the overall look. I would get away...

The FTP log in will be different than the Wordpress log in and usually will require a host name, user name, and password. If you don't have that information then you're out of luck because you cannot...

The FTP is the back end of the website and you can still access it even if you can't access the site via wordpress. If you know your FTP log in information you can use a program like Filezilla to log...
