Found a very usefull little tool: Task Coach - http://members.chello.nl/f.niessink/

Has unlimited sublevels for your tasks, a nifty little "time budget" deal you can set up (say, "X" project should only take you 10 hours), and a start/stop timer that pulls from the budget, and some other nifty features. And a very friendly GUI (which is a big deal for me. LOL) ... and it seems that they're working on it so updates (including more features) will be available. Best part about all of this??? --
