wow, what a nice tribute, Jeff. I would have liked to meet Mr. Tharp. Sounds like he was a great guy, both extremely talented and a lot of fun. What a shame to lose him before his time.
I consider it a true privilege to be one of the many that met Rick at "The Design Conference That Just Happens To Be In Park City", in 1999, as a budding Design Student. He was a genuine smart ass (meant in a good way.) =) What a great designer, he will be sorely missed, I am truely in shock, as I sit here typing this. =\
Met Rick at Miami during the summer between freshman and sophomore years. Special person, and extremely intelligent. Even then his imagination was obvious.

I hope this upgrade isn't the undoing of the great and active community we have here at GDF, I'm trying to cope with the glitches in a small effort to help expose bugs and hopefully restore the level...
I'm about with <b>, color me very unimpressed, and getting fed up with how slow the site now is. Like wordpress blog slow. And no latest posts list?...
It appears Adobe's competition is sensing some blood in the water, Discounted Quark and Corel running ads with CTA's about being "Frustrated with Adobe". This might be shaping up to be the next...
