    Hello,

    Does anyone know how to make such filter?

    I tried this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usDDwwraaRk but it makes like random size dots for me

    The 2 things you are showing aren't the same thing.
    The grid pattern with the flame blur at the top is different from the halftone screen in the bottom image.

      Because i need to make such pattern like in image1, but i found tutorial just like in image2..

        The top one just looks like a simple pattern of small squares on a layer.
        Keep Saturn in Saturnalia.

          That's exactly what it looks like.
          Or a photo of one of those plastic embroidery screens...

          The bottom one is just a halftone pattern (and moire'd to boot.)

          It would kinda sorta help to know what software we're working in here too.

        yeah no need for a filter. In photoshop you could make an action sequence that blurs an image, reduces saturation to 0, creates a new layer and fills with the square dot pattern.
