Overall I think it looks great. The company name to me is kind of lost in all the shiny bits and the reflective bits. Maybe make it a bit bigger and get rid of the camera jammed up against the left side. Also you may want to throw an 'A' into the middle of 'Catalog' under the name.

How will it be implemented? And how will you minimize loading time?

The white shadows of the text also seem a bit odd - it makes it look a bit like my vision's blurring. Maybe try darker shadows?

It'll have product listings, etc right the way down the middle. I should have showed this, but haven't got to that yet. Well the white 'shadows' are supposed to be subtle [mirror-like] reflections. Like, making the background appear glossy/shiny. Do you not think this works?

          yeah thats alot of graphics

if your text runs long where will the page stretch at?

I might would take the white shadows (white blurry mirror reflections) the rental catalog and the navigation ones out they are a bit much....

and the page could be tighter vertically

The overall design is nice. I would move the company name to the right just a tad so there is a little space between it and the camera. Right now its just nudging the 'D'

Curious to see how your copy flows into this...post updates for us! )

that's a pretty nice and clean layout you have there! Readable, doesn't hurt my eyes. Good work. It's a little long but there really isn't much you can do about that since you have to get all the info in. I like it!'
