BTW, does anyone have suggestions for where to get these business cards printed. Right now, I'm thinking AmericasPrinter.com but haven't heard too much about them, and am still hoping to find a cheap way to get 2 color printing, on a nice felt paper like gilber oxford, or mohawk tomahawk...

I'm no print guru, but I'd be a little worried printing those particular colors (brown and orange, right?). Process anyway.

If it were me, and if I were doing this on the cheap -- I'd probably want to see a physical proof, so I'd take them somewhere local.

But the print experts should be here any moment, so don't listen to me.

I like the way you incorporated your name into the business as well. I am not a big fan of those colors but that is just a personal opinion. I think the layout works pretty good my only suggestion would be maybe make the DS on the front of the card a little bigger.

it comes from working in restaurants all my life where you always call the executive chef "chef randy" or "chef tadd." I thought hmm wonder how that would work for me? btw. a lot of desginer<insert name here>.com domains are still not taken. fyi.

I think the colors will work, but I don't know if you'll get very many projects that will be considered "high-end" based on the card. But that aside, I think that on the side with the info, the periods should remain brown, and "Graphic Designer" should be reversed out. Give it a shot.

Like your logo concept though, good work.
