  • Working on a postcard

Hi everyone, new to the forums here, with little experience in graphic design.
I have something I'm currently working on for a website that hosts design competitions for bands. The band is, Jukebox The Ghost, and they need a postcard for their new single/album that just dropped recently.
They're along the lines of an indie rock/power pop outfit. Anyways, here is what I'm currently working on, my idea was of a postcard for a music venue or cafe that they'd be playing at.

I want to improve the lights around the marquee signs to have more of a neon glow to them, but other than that what do you all think? Anything I could improve, add, or remove?

Hi svrgevnt and welcome to GDF.

We ask all new members to read very important links here and here. These explain the rules, how the forum runs and a few inside jokes. No, you haven't done anything wrong, we ask every new member to read them. Your first few posts will be moderated, so don't panic if they don't show up immediately. Enjoy your stay.
Sketching not only helps you work out good ideas, it helps you get past the bad ones.
