hmm. strange structure to the site i.e. no real heading graphic, interesting idea.

The logo will go in there...just haven't got to that point yet.

First impression, nice and clean good layout and color scheme, very nice slow burn rollovers on secondary pages. I really like your logo and how the site ties into it color-wise. Living in wildfire country, the color scheme really hits it.

On a Mac running 10.4.6 in FF and Safari, the Nav Bar pulldowns show too high; they block the menu items themselves so I'm unable to see what I'm pulling down from, or any of the other headings close by.

Comparing this to your current site, the one thing I think is crucial particularly because you have so much more information, is consistency in navigation and placement, as well as ready availability. I'm seeing some sections where the nav is jumping around, and that's hard to follow. On your current site I know exactly where my nav is at all times.

You've got a ton of information on this site and I don't envy the many hours yet to come to get it to flow the way you want, but it'll be worth it.

All pages are going to be changed to this layout/design once it's completed.

Oh...and there will be something to divide the main content from the images on the right as well as a showcase thing between those images & the html/css/xml images/links.
