When working with out bleeds I try to incorporate the margin into the artwork. I do my best to make the margin an element of the design so it looks like the margin was intentional. Sometimes I will leave...

I think creating some more movement in the design could also help. It should feel more like an event than a company logo imo.

I don't want to hijack the thread, but it is so closely related, that I didn't think I should create a new thread either. I need some Christmas outdoor scene photos and not loving what I see on shutterstock...

what do you think of my website ??

    wow! i mean, zut!

it's so darned nice, i feel like i never need to actually go outside again. haha. i can't wait until you have more content loaded so we can see what else you've done. i guess my only criticism is that i'd like to see more of your work. specifically, your gift basket and photo restoration - it's nice that you can click and enlarge, but that might not be immediately obvious to some users. also, when they are enlarged, i still find that they're quite a lot smaller than i'd like them to be. you do nice work - why hide it?

bienvenue! i think you'll like it here.

thats really nice! you did a good job on it...

only thing, the photos have that 'over compressed jpg' distortion, you may wanna go back and bring the images in at a higher quality... (but thats just me being picky...lol)

Yeah, purrrty! I guess it's a work in progress? I like what's there so far. The swirlies on the text mouse-over is a nice touch.

The country scene is well done. I don't find the site particularly easy to use.
