• 2004-2005 Catalog back from print. Come and take a peek!

So my boss loved it. I made some changes that I didn't post and the cover is completely diffrent then my comps. It matches the banner for anyone who remembers what that looked like.

    Anyhow here is the cover:

    This is the layout:

'Adventure, Excitement, A Jedi craves not these things.'
'Anger...fear...aggression. The dark side of the Force are they.'

Nice work man, that looks really really well done, I like the green tones too, and the rounded image boxes...everything looks real symetrical and purrrrttty!!! GJ!!

        Thanks guys!

Symetical huh? LOL! I think I'm an alignment fiene. Even in Photoshop I zoom in and calculate where I put the guides. I hardly ever eyeball anything. I feel like that would be cheating.

The run was only 10,000. They already found mistakes. LOL! The wonders of printing. Now I'm really going to try and finish the website which is sampling thoses colors. I'm really excited about that.

You know what it never fails, it feels like my first print job. LOL! The excitement is always there.

I'm not to big on the cover especially cause I thought I had some better designs but you do what the boss/client wants.

Thanks for all your feed back guys. Even if the whole office likes it the opinion of the GDF is the most important to me. Well aside from my boss you know I don't want to get fired now.

looks great Benjo...I like the fact that you have the ability to make something that could be plain and boring look creative and intuitive.

                      Thanks guys.

I love seeing the final product and everyone knows the final looks diffrent then what we post that's why I like suppling the final. As a matter of fact I think I might be the only one that has done this so far.

Any how thank you all for you comments.

In all of my career, I've never had to create anything as complex as a catalog. Great job Benjo. You got some talent, kid.

I think I am getting a bit better with the pen tool, but let me know if you see where I can improve? Also, if there are areas to improve the illustration style, thanks?...

This is something I made in my free time.

I'm not planning on going to art school or anything like that, but I still like drawing and designing, so I'm planning on doing it as a side thing....
