    I made a simple work of "art" (if you want to call it that) in Photoshop 7. I actually made all of it. The colors arent supposed to "compliment" each other by the way. Well enough blabbering...here it is, tell me what you think:

      If this is meant to convey "Africa" then it works. That is my first thought. Simple but effective, the subtle glow around the tree is a nice touch.

        neat... you might consider dropping the black strokes around the yellow in the background.

          The tree is definitely the strongest part. I think the background could do with something... Maybe a colour change? Not sure!?! Something to convey some sort of message or feeling.
