    I have not seen this before - similar yes but not exactly this with its rounded shoulders etc.

      It is Harabara font thank you. The original Harabara font was available on DAfonts and was a bit dodgy with spacing etc. A new commercial version was produced called 'Harabara Mais' which has several weights and all the accents and other bits.
