Your best bet is to follow the link CkrtetAjint gave above. Looks like a lot of customization was done to the font but I don't recognize it right off the bat. I've always had good luck at whatthefont.com

Based on the Q & R I would say this is Avant Garde. But they have modified the crap out of it..

Actually, old school weighing in here. Avant Garde was originally designed with alternate characters, back in the day of typositor machines. It was part of the original cut. Digitized versions are slowly starting to incorporate those characters.
Some of the characters actually are probably custom, but the dead giveaway is the A.
