Pixel Icon to represent Washington DC

I need to create a pixel icon for an intranet and it needs to represent WAshington DC.

Being English doesn't make this much easier. Is that big phallic monument you guys have there iconic enough? It'd be great if it is as that would be dead easy to do!!! No going to try to recreate the White House or the Senate or any of those builings in a 16x16 and 32x32 icon!!!
