  • Animated web banner

I need some help. I've tried to create animated web banners in After Effects, Flash and other random programs in the past. Every time I try to optimize the final files they are always too large for spec submission size.

How do you optimize the size of your animated banners to make them small enough for submission?

    Thanks,
    Shawn

Create a video file to preview to the client of the animation itself.

When creating banners, GIF, SWF, or anything else I missed. The project size must be the final size you plan to use. I can not same for multiple directions or instructions within a webpage but the actual final size of the project must be the realm you work.

You can modify previously the quality of the media included to reduce the size, or you can reduce the quality of your final work via after effect.

        regards,
