Do you mean the part after we tell you that you have to start with knowing how to draw and/or paint?
Because all of these are slightly different. At least 2 of them are hand ''painted'' in a realistic mode rather than done from photos. These all come from years of using the tool call Photoshop. Doubtful there is any one tutorial set out there that will ''teach'' you to do this kind of thing.

This is kind of like posting pictures of 4 different houses, and asking the same question; how did they build these houses, and where can I learn?

The answer is much less superficial than the question.

How? By combining methods and techniques developed through years of research and practice, purposefully, with artistic eye and technical mind.

Where? Sort of...everywhere. The requisite ability to see like an artist is learned, exercised, and harvested everywhere and always throughout a life. Learning the methods and techniques and then applying them in ways that produce finished works would have to happen via tutolage of a mentor and/or self-directed studies, with either involving books, online research, practice, peer critique, your computer, your passion, and your commitment.
I'd rather be killed than come to your party, but if you don't invite me, I'll kill myself.

The last one you linked is art from a movie called Videodrome, which was released in 1983. Unless someone recently copied the art exactly, I doubt it was done in Photoshop.

To expand a little on what B said. Those monograms were hand created. They weren't just a font, and there's no software that will automatically squeeze them into a shape like that....

Not sure where you got those sizes. I would try this always up to date google doc with various social media pixel sizes.
