    Looking for feedback, tell me what you hate, what you'd change. Kind of in the initial stages here so I'd like to catch any glaring errors or design flaws before I get in to deep.

        pretty sharp, check the top right image though it seems a little choppy. and i'd suggest taking a look at it with non-justified text and see how it looks. maybe it's just me, not a huge fan of the justified text thing. other than that no complains.

          Thanks for the input guys.
          Ryan, any suggestions for speeding up the load time? I optimized the images as best as I could in ImageReady and was trying to avoid using Flash to do the header and navigation but could I do some kind of preloader or something? I have to admit that my technical skills are a little shakey when it comes to web design.

            I like the colours and feel of it. I don't really like the animation as it seems a bit unnecessary and which I think is what slows it down.

              Benjamin: They wanted something kind of jazzy in there animation wise to show off their product, that sliding GIF is the pleasant alternative to a spinning GIF of the thing up in the corner. Any suggestions for something that might jazz it up to be able to remove the animation?

                i would make the navigation buttons just a bit dark to begin with just to draw the eyes more up there.... I dont really like long rows of text my eyes dont like reading as it is and long rows are good for my ADHA eyes....

                this is what I do when I go to a site load the site....close your eyes for 10 seconds then open them and see where your eyes go.... on your site my eyes kinda wander down to the html links.....

                the pictures are over powering the whole site....dont know what to suggest but hmmmm i dont know

                i like the siding animation....good touch...

                whose the dude that does like left justified text??? what do you like centered text????

                  Make the logo a tiny bit bigger...

                  make navigation a bit more noticeable...

                    The company developes control devices for radiant floor heating systems, Air Conditioning Units, Etc. They were trying to come up with some sort of symbolic icon to represent the company and it's principles of efficiency, diversity, stuff like that so I suggested a cactus as it kind of ties into the whole climate control thing. It's still up in the air though, I think they are leaning towards an ant.

                          Maybe army ants? Possibly destroying the competition in a warlike manner. Perhaps I could convince them to change the logo to an embossed hbx in a dog tag.

                            Looks good...a few suggestions:

                            1. Maybe a real picture of their products instead of the drawings would be nice.
                            2. The drawings are choppy and blury
                            3. Like others said the nav needs to be more noticable.
                            4. Just a small thing the border on the right doesn't extend to the footer under the images

                            A good look for the product. You could create the page with CSS and use the hover property instead of on mouse over for the rollovers, since you are just changing the colors of the text, that would make the page load quicker and the CSS is much better for search engine spiders.
