  • Sliding background not happening in FF?

    HI!

    I'm just playing around with the sliding doors hover effect and it works fine in IE but not in FF or Safari???

    I can't work out what they dont like about it??

    Here is the code I wrote. bit messy because I was only testing the idea out but should make sense.
    PHP Code:
    <head>
    <
    title>Hover test</title>
    <
    style type="text/css">
    body {
    background:#000000;
    }
    #main:hover {
    background-positionright;
    }
    img {
    border:none;
    }
    #main {
    background:#000000 url(bg.png) left top no-repeat;
    width:325px;
    height:800px;
    }

    </
    style>

    </
    head>

    <
    body>
    <
    div id="main"><a href="#"><img src="photo.png" /></a>
    </
    div>

    </
    body>
    </
    html
    Thanks.

    I like to line things up - on screen, on my desk, in the cupboards etc. Also I never place things in say InDesign at a random position - it has to be at say 10mm or 10.25, 10.5 etc.

    I'd normally let these kinds of things go as a matter of opinion, but in this case, with people recommending vBulletin, I need to say something.

    Quite likely the worst so-called upgrade in...

    If by combine, you mean overlay them on top of each other while preserving and combining the red areas of both, yes, Photoshop can easily do it -- at least in this particular instance with these two images....
